DRAKE 1925-1971 Mr. Steve Borgstrom Wcrkmen's Compensation Service Company 55 West 22nd Street - Suite 109 Lombard, Illinois 60148 Dear Steve: In re: v. Sherwin Williams, et al. Ind. No. 81-OD-00609 ; There was no problem in petitioner's attorneys agreeing to put this over another four months. I requested he furnish copies of any medical, and he promised to do that. He seems in no particular rush to move this case, at least for the present. You asked that I set forth our fee schedule. Our hourly is $55.00, and we do not charge any differential for trial time. You specifically asked our charges for opening a file. We charge 20 minutes, which includes filing an Entry of Appearance with the Industrial Commission, with a copy to opposing counsel, noting initial hearing date on trial calendar and a couple of internal processes which afford a cross-indexing record of the file. Concerning the Litchfield docket, we have a number of cases scheduled there each month, so that it would be an unusual situation where we would need attend the docket call for only one or two cases. We do not charge travel expense. If you have any other questions, Steve, I would be happy to respond to them. - In the meantime, I shall look forward to receiving the file. With kind regards, I am Very truly yours, ` , - L N40304 RdCc. i v'Eq^ 1 7 jggf .... `'Or a t e 0007-SWP-005801141 CONFIDENTIAL
