Warne Subject: Houston Air Pollution Suit Address: New York Address: New York Date: March 27* 1956 Dr. Quebedeaux, Harris County Health officer, has visited our Houston plant in connection with the air pollution litigation in which we are involved. He did not make a tour of the plant since he said he had become familiar with our equipment during the construction of the plant. He stated that he was satisfied with the air pollution control methods employed in the plant and would not request any changes or improvements. Subsequently this was made a matter of record in the litigation by the testimony of Dr. Quebedeaux and our own Mr. Hodgkinson. The Master before whom the litigation is being tried has previously made it clear that he will not dis miss any defendant until he has heard testimony relating to all defendants.
