Since ECHA's scientific committees are currently in the process of evaluating a broad restriction proposal on PFAS, we are at the moment not able to participate in this type of events. For your information, you can find the Annex XV report and all other documents relevant to the broad restriction proposal on PFAS in ECHA's registry of restriction intentions. At the end of the process, once the opinions are adopted by the committees, they will be published on ECHA's website and made available to the public. Similarly, the advice from ECHA's Enforcement Forum on the enforceability of the restriction proposal will be published on ECHA's website. The best way to stay up to date with the latest developments is to regularly consult ECHA's dedicated page on PFAS at https://echa.europa.eu/hot-topics/perfluoroalkyl- chemicals-pfas For any further queries you may have, please kindly refer to the ECHA contact webform: https://echa.europa.eu/contact Best regards, on behalf of the universal PFAS restriction team Universal PFAS Restriction Team European Chemicals Agency P.O. I am reaching out to introduce Jefferies and discuss a potential speaking opportunity. By way of introduction, I am part of the Sustainability & Transition Strategy Team at Jefferies the 9th-largest investment bank, globally. We are the no.1-ranked sustainability research team on Wall Street. As part of our equity research/strategy service, we frequently host webinars with companies innovating within our themes of focus. One of those themes is water, within which we have recently been focused on water quality and PFAS in particular. PFAS is a topic of great interest at the moment, with well over 100 investors registering to each of our calls so far on the topic. With this in mind, we would be very keen to host you for a briefing on the EU's PFAS restriction proposal. The audience would largely comprise sustainability-focused professionals at the world's asset managers, e.g. BlackRock, TRowe Price, Fidelity, Amundi, mostly based in Europe and the US. Would this be of any interest? If so, perhaps we could schedule a 15-minute call to discuss. All the best, Sustainability and Transition Strategy, EMEA 100 Bishopsgate, London, EC2N 4JL
