Dear colleagues,
Attached is the revised draft of the MOA between EPA, DOI, and DOC on establishing a working group on the ESA pesticide consultation process. Since the previous draft was circulated by Erik on December 15, we received very helpful feedback from EPA, DOI, DOC, and USDA, in addition to reviewing it internally here at CEQ. All resulting changes to the document have been captured in tracked changes. A few of the edits submitted we think could be further improved; in these cases we proposed alternative language in a comment in the margin.
Please review this document, including our proposed language in the margins. We intend for this to be the final review, so please identify any outstanding objections or concerns. We would very much appreciate receiving any final comments by COB Tuesday, January 16.
