DMR Results from the" contract laboratory available to date show compliance for both outfalls. > Weston assisted in the'preparations to have the Wastewater Treatment Plant ready for start-up. 2. NJPDES-DGW Draft Permit NJDEP sent a response to our comments on the DGW Draft Permit. Our proposed changes in the groundwater monitoring plan were accepted by the Agency. Since our Wastewater Treatment Plant is, at present, considered an 1WMF, we will have to monitor for the presence of radioactivity. 3. NJPDES-DSW Draft Permit A meeting with DRBC and NJDEP is scheduled for 9/11/84. The primary point of discussion will be the DRBC parameters contained in the Permit. Particularly, we will seek relief in the proposed ammonia-N and TDS levels. J.W. Kachtick and Dr. L. Tischler from E-S are scheduled to be present for this meeting. 4. Water Diversion Permit The request for an increase in the allocated pump rate for well #1 (sacrificial well) was granted by NJDEP. TEN 2095 Page 2 B* AH 1. NESHAP a. RCRA De'listing We received a second request for additional information from NJDEP-DWM. The Agency requested information on the origin, flow rates and the sampling plan for our process water going to the Wastewater Treatment Plant. The information was sent to the Agency. 2. Landfill Closure 1 Based on the additional requirements for the Landfill Closure - Post Closure Plan, a meeting is scheduled for 9/6/84 with a representative from the Burlington County Soil Conservation District. It is the intent to allow the District personnel to become familiar with the landfill. 3. Spill Protection - Phase II The Phase II project was approved by Engineering. TEN 2096 Page 3 XI. OSHA A. VCM 1. Personal Monitoring One of the nineteen employees monitored for VCM exposure revealed an 8-hour TWA above the PEL. The number of employees monitored is low due to the plant shutdown. B. LEAD 1. Personal Monitoring Personal monitoring samples were taken for the third quarter monitoring cycle. No results available to date. III. MISCELLANEOUS A. Public Hearing - NJDEP I attended public hearing on proposed revisions on the New Jersey Air Quality and Air Pollution Control Standards by the Division of Environmental Quality (DEQ).
