Personal Privacy (PP) Death by M ethylene Chloride Ms. Beck, Mr. Morris and Ms. Corado, Myfriend i EI.B,,,,,,,,,, irecentiy passed away after using a methylene chloride-basedpaint stripper. I'm very troubled by reports that the EPA has indefmitely -[KTs-ipanva-ns ban on methylene chloride (EPA -HO-OPPT-2016-0231-0001). Protecting American consumers and workersfrom dangerous chemicals is at the core o fyour agency's mission. The longer these rules are delayed the more workers and consumers will be needlessly exposed to chemicals with serious, well-documented health risks. Action on this toxic chemical is long overdue. I urge the EPA to reconsider its decision to delay the rulemaking process. You shouldfinalize the proposed ban on methylene chloride as soon as possible. Regards, Will Geddis Sierra Club v.
