TEFLON EXHAUST STACKS
As per our -telephone conversation on 4/8/81, please determine eight-hour time-weighted, average C-8 concentrations at various distances downwind of C-8 emission sources under the most detrimental weather conditions. Significant C-8 emission sources at Washington Works are as follows:
PEP BUILDING 163
Wet finishing baghouse exhaust
Coagulator baghouse exhaust
(These sources are approximately 53 feet apart --
see attached map.)
TFE -- BUILDING-162
No. 2 fine powder dryer exhaust
No. 3 fine powder dryer exhaust
(These sources are approximately 42 feet apart -- see attached tnap*~ PEP sources are approximately 555 feet west of TEE sources,)
