Dear Mr. Johansson: On July 22, 2020, Callon (Permian) LLC ("Callon") entered into an Administrative Compliance Order on Consent ("AOC"), Docket No. CAA-06-2020-3397, with the United States Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA") to resolve certain alleged violations of the Texas Administrative Code, which had been adopted into the Texas State Implementation Plan. Pursuant to the AOC, Callon agreed to specific requirements as outlined in paragraph 31 to be completed within 11 months of the AOC Effective Date (i.e., no later than June 22, 2021). On March 5, 2021, EPA granted a 30 day extension. EPA has received and reviewed your July 22, 2021, letter, required under AOC paragraph 31, of all work completed under the AOC.
