We feel this protection is necessary beeause of the asbestos used in the product. If there is dust present where Thermaeoustio is being applied on the job at Ft* Harrison, in ny opinion, the applicators should wear the same equipment. Tou may recall that I worked with your Mr. Bumbstead several years ego on a problem at Alexandria and as the result gained respect for your department.
