The newsletter has been regularly Issued on a quarterly basis since 1985 as my primary means of communicating to those in the corporation who are interested in product safety issues. Each issue was reviewed by the Law Department prior to issuance. I am seeking your consent to Issue the latest edition of the newsletter now and to continue quarterly Issues of the newsletter In the future, subject to content approval by the Product Safety Committee.
