This request is for the Executive Committee of the Vinyl Institute to meet for 15 minutes with the Administrator the day before the fly-in, on May 16th at any point during that day the Administrator is available. The executive committee represents four large chemical companies that produce products such as PVC. Also, when I met with the Administrator a couple of weeks ago an invitation was extended to speak to the Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association (OIPA) Annual Conference during the weekend of June 3-4 at any time he would be available.
