This matter is before the Court on Defendant General Electric's Motion to Exceed Number of Interrogatories Propounded (# 362, filed May 14, 1993), and Plaintiff's Cross-Motion for Protective Order (#378, filed June 7, 1993). Having reviewed the motion, cross motion, General Electric's reply (# 386, filed June 21, 1993) and all other relevant documents, and with good cause appearing,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that General Electric's Motion to Exceed Number of Interrogatories Propounded (#362) is denied in full.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that of the thirty-seven interrogatories propounded by General Electric on May 14, 1993, Plaintiff's CrossMotion for Protective Order (#378) is hereby granted as to interrogatories #17, 18, 19, 20, 22, 36 and 37.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, of the remaining thirty interrogatories (#1-16, 21, and 23-35), Plaintiff's Cross-Motion is granted as to all but fifteen, which fifteen interrogatories General Electric may choose.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that General Electric shall inform Plaintiff of its choice of interrogatories no later than Tuesday, July 13, 1993, Plaintiff shall then have until Tuesday, July 20, 1993 to prepare and serve its responses to the chosen fifteen interrogatories.
