ESR-307-76 Chemical Health Hazard Priority List for the Chemical Company Technical Center PLAINTIFF'S EXHIBIT CEL-555 Attached is a proposed chemical Health Hazard Priority List for the Technical Center. The chemicals listed in Priority I are carcinogens and should not be in use at the Technical Center. The Priority II list contains those chemicals which are currently regulated by OSHA standards or voluntary standards. We must be sure that our employee exposure records are current on these chemicals. The Priority III list contains chemicals we use at the Technical Center that, because of their toxicity and the quantity used, we should monitor. This would be to insure ourselves that we do not have employee exposure problems. The list will be updated periodically. It is the responsibility of each supervisor to suggest changes as conditions change. Any time a supervisor or employee thinks there is a possibility for exposure to harmful vapors or dusts he should bring it to the attention of management.
