The only deficiency observed concerned loading lab retainer samples. These samples were being stored with shipping information labels and did not have appropriate hazard warnings on them. John is in the process of designing new labels that will have hazard warnings and shipping information on the same label. The expected completion date is April 2, 1990. 2. Mike Brown, Ronnie Hotard, and Jesse Chemin will review our plant respiratory protection program and revise to meet S&LP s-206 if needed. Expected completion date is April 2, 1990. 3. Mike Brown will discuss with Bruce Heinze and forward data to Industrial Hygiene Group. Expected completion date April 2, 1990. 4. Mike Brown has already scheduled wipe tests with Bruce Heinze. Dates of tests will be January 12, 1990 and August 1, 1990. 5. A note on report copy returned to Mike Brown concerning asbestos gasket disposal drums suggested that a plastic asbestos disposal bag be used to line the drums that hold the gaskets. This is opposed to the method we now use where we place the gaskets in unlined drums and then transfer them to bags. The suggestion has been incorporated into our policy and is currently in use.
