I have spoken to Glenn about this matter. We have not yet discussed this subject with Jim Pannell in PACE. As I mentioned in my voice mail message to you, there may be a couple of opportunities to meet with Jim in the next couple of weeks. Jim will be in Houston next week and he may be able to meet for an hour or so on the morning of Thursday, February 27th. Alternatively, Glenn and I are planning to meet with Jim in Nashville on Monday, March 3rd. There may be a way to block out an hour for this discussion during our visit on March 3rd. I recognize that it may be premature to meet with Jim given the concerns related to funding that you have outlined below. Nevertheless, if you are interested in proceeding with this discussion, let me know and I can see if Jim will be available on either February 27th or March 3rd. The study is not yet fully funded, so we are at a point where additional monies have to be found or the project is potentially compromised.
