Dr. Robert A. Kehoe, College of Medicine, University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, Ohio. Dear Sir: We thank yon very much for your letter of April 10, having reference to the proceedings which have been instituted against a dealer at Woodsfield, Ohio, who has been selling STERLINGEthyl Gasoline. We are passing your letter on to Mr. J. B. Northrop, Sterling Oil Company at St. Marys, W. Va., who will be active in handling this particular matter, and he will no doubt communicate with you should he desire farther information. The latest advice, we have Is that the suit will not come to trial until the middle of the summer, and further that both women in the case are nowfeeling fine, and the dealer did not anticipate any great amount of trouble in securing a favorable verdict. Ion understand of course that we are not a party to this suit, but a retail dealer of one of our Ohio distributors, Messrs. Barnhart & Chandler, of NewMatamoras, is the one against whomthe suit is brought and naturally we want to give this dealer any assistance we can.
Very truly yours, STERLINGOIL COMPANY
