I've attached copies of the letters to Governor Ricketts and Jim Guilford. They went out via e-mail yesterday along with the revised agenda. Dean Edson raised questions about inviting the congressionals similar to your comments regarding the governor. The group decided we could not address those issues in a timely manner and decided not to send them formal invitations. Rather they will be sent a courtesy letter informing them of the event in their district along with the agenda and the general invitation that producers will receive. If they attend and wish to speak, we will work them. There is also the open Mic at the picnic. We added leaders of the funding partners, including yourself, back on the speakers list for the press conference.
