Mr. A. Burgstresser, President,
Norristown Magnesia & Asbestos Co., Norristown, Pa.
Pear Mr. Burgstresser,
Referring to our recent telephone conversation regarding continuation of. license agreement on flexible range boiler jackets, I 'cub advised by bur field forces that ire have been n a ming into same severe price competition from the John Wood Company, who are also your licensees. 7'
The indication "is that the John Wood Company are not con forming to the provisions of your license to them insofar as price con trol is concerned, and we would consequently appreciate your investigat ing their operations and advising us what action you propose taking to protect our interests.
Tours very truly,
