During that conversation, I told you I would send you a copy of my reply letter to the OSHA referral (No. 901056655) . I apologize for the delay in sending you my reply, however I was waiting for OSHA's return response. Not having heard from OSHA in almost two months, I contacted the OSHA Allentown, PA office today to follow-up on this referral. Len Renner, of the Allentown office acknowledged receipt of my letter and also stated that this referral was closed by his office, and that my letter satisfied their questions and concerns. He also said that the letter was forwarded to OSHA Washington office for review. He mentioned that if the Washington office had any further questions concerning the response they would contact me directly, otherwise the referral is closed. In other words, no news is good news.
