The data was accumulated by the Vinyl Institute. A number of facilities did not submit their numbers to the VI. These include all BFG plants, Shintech-Freeport, Formosa-Point Comfort, PPG-Lake Charles, and Borden-Illiopolis. Some plants reported no stack emissions. For PVC plants such as those of Air Products, Georgia Gulf, and Formosa, I suspect this was an oversight. They should have drier stack emissions at the least. J. C.
