The Committee approved the recommendation of the Manu facturing Committee for the sale of a Management House at the Winebrook Hills Development of the Titanium Division, at Newcomb, New York, for the sum of $24,000.00. The Committee approved the recommendation of the Manu facturing Committee for the sale of a strip of land measuring 50 feet x 115 feet at the Winebrook Hills Development of the Titanium Division, at Newcomb, New York, for the sum of $100.00. Upon motion duly made and seconded, the following resolution was unanimously adopted: RESOLVED, That the President or a Vice President of this Company be and he hereby is authorized and directed to make, execute and deliver in the name of and on behalf of this Company, as Seller, that certain Easement Agreement with the Village of McCook, a municipal corporation of Illinois, as Purchaser, covering an easement and right-of-way ten (10) feet wide along the Northern line of this Company's prop erty, and running a distance of three hundred (300) feet, said easement property being more particularly described in said Agreement; and that the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary of this Company be and he hereby is authorized and directed to affix the seal of this Company to said Agreement; and to attest the same. 0000-NLI-000021247 (EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE - JULY 7, 1965) The Committee ratified and approved the investment made during the week ended July 5, 1965, as set forth in the list attached to and made a part of these minutes.
