Thx for sharing, Jimmy. Yes, further reason for us to significantly ramp up our fusion efforts. We need to make this happen. Best,
Chris

With a slight correction below - $2.1 billion as the total confirmed figure - still the worlds largest capitalized fusion energy company.

Subject: Beijing sets up $2.1 billion national fusion energy company
Dear Secretary Wright, Director Kratsios,
I wanted to share with you my analysis of late breaking news that the Chinese Government has set up a new $2.1 billion USD National Fusion Energy Company that will significantly amp up Beijing's intense focus on beating the U.S. to first on the grid at-scale fusion energy deployment.
This development combined with Beijing's new multibillion dollar laser ignition facility that will dwarf NIF, and a new pulsed power machine that will dwarf the Z-Machine, means Beijing is deadly serious about fusion energy and nuclear weapons testing, and is going all in in their own Manhattan-like national fusion project.
