'' I In compliance with C. 0. Pederson's request an OSHA type inspection of the
Vac Flasher Unit was made March 20 through March 22, 1978. Listed below!
are the OSILA violation catagories, the location and description of each:!

On the east side of F201 the ladder in the middle of the furnace

extending to the top does not have a landing platform that would meet
this Company's or OSHA Standard's i.e. all landing platforms shall be
equipped with standard railings, toeboard and drop bar. Platforms j
shall be not less than 24" wide and 30" long.

All fixed ladders 4' or more above ground, platform or floor level shall be equipped with drop bars. The elevating platforms at each end of i F201 have no drop bars on the step-thru openings next to the ladders.;
