August 18 , 1982, Rick informed me Attorney John M. Burke, 30 North LaSalle, Chi go, IL 60602, 726-6630 contacted him requesting the name of the contractors who performed the insulation work. Rick suggested that a lien letter be sent to the attorney.
August 23, 1982, I telephoned Rick and requested he contact Attorney Burke to determine what his intentions will be. Once these are determined, a decision will be made to determine if the information will be voluntarily given to him.
