Great! Remind me again if you would the topic they are to be discussing? Will it just be Tony on the line?
Thanks!

Remarkably, that works! Administrator Pruitt may call our direct office number (202-624-3003) unless you prefer that Tony call your office.
Thank you, Lindsay

Hi Sydney -
Thank you so much for following up. Unfortunately Tony will be on a flight at that time tomorrow, so it would be great if you could offer some other times. Next week would be fine, as this week might be difficult. But we will obviously try to be as flexible as possible, knowing how busy Administrator Pruitt is.
Thank you!

Hi Sydney -
Looks like Administrator Pruitt and Tony weren't able to connect. I wanted to see if there would be any time on Wednesday, April 26 for a call between 1:00 - 7:00 pm. Tony will be in the car driving a long distance, so I am trying to set up several calls for him to make during that stretch.
Thanks!

We certainly understand. Its fine for Administrator Pruitt to call Tony if he has downtime during travel. If they don't connect, we can try again for a scheduled call at a later time.
Thanks so much,

And suddenly we have to be traveling tomorrow. I am so sorry for the last minute change! How flexible is Mr. Perkins tomorrow? Could potentially have the Administrator call if there is downtime in travel or if he prefers a scheduled call, I can arrange that as well, it just doesn't look like we can commit to 2PM anymore. So sorry!
Thanks!

2PM EST this Wednesday is perfect. Just let me know if it is preferred for Tony to call your office or the reverse. Tony will be at his home in Baton Rouge, so Administrator Pruitt is welcome to call him on his cell:

Hi Sydney -
I would love to find time for a phone call between Mr. Pruitt and Tony Perkins sometime this week or next. With Congress out for the Easter recess, things are a lot more quiet and flexible on our end. For the most part, Tony could be available for a call anytime each day, with the exception of 4:00 - 6:00 pm ET when he is preparing for and hosting his daily radio program.

As I mentioned to John, the topic of this call would be to discuss pulling together a small group of key business leaders around the country who are very excited about Administrator Pruitt's new leadership role.
Appreciate you sending me some times you think this call could take place in the next week or so.

John,
No worries at all. I felt bad even asking so late in the game. Remarkably, Vice President Pence stopped by on Friday afternoon and that was a real encouragement to our attendees.
Sydney, I will send you a separate note so we can work on finding a time for a phone call this week or next.

Lindsay: I apologize for the delay in getting back with you, unfortunately Administrator Pruitt's schedule has been very busy, as you can imagine. I also apologize that he will not be able to attend the event tomorrow. However, the Administrator is very interested in moving forward on the business meeting and discussing that with Mr. Perkins.
Copied on this email is Sydney Hupp who can help you move the ball down the field on that front.
Thank you Lindsay and have a great weekend!

Hi John -
Thank you for taking my call. Tony Perkins is hoping to speak with Mr. Pruitt today about a couple things:
1. We would love for him to stop by The Willard tomorrow anytime between 9:00 10:30 am to speak to 200 of our key supporters. This is basically the equivalent of a stakeholders meeting where we report to our major donors on FRC's impact over the last year and what we have planned for the future. We believe this crowd, many of them business owners, would be interested to hear from Mr. Pruitt on the important and necessary changes he is bringing to the EPA. 2. This is not as urgent, but he wanted to start the discussion about pulling together a small meeting of key business owners and Mr. Pruitt. This came out of a meeting Tony had a few weeks ago in California with some of our major supporters.
Tony's cell isj Personal Phone/Ex. 6 If he doesn't answer, it's because he is on stage at this event, but he will call right hack.'
Thank you very much for passing along this request!
