Tuohy In September 1981, Texaco's Eagle Point Plant reached a Settlement Agreement with OSHA concerning certain chest X-ray findings and their possible relation to past asbestos exposure. Eagle Point's Health Division was also required to review their chest X-ray reports for the pre ceding five C51 years for the presence of these findings.
