BP did not. We need to revise the contract to reflect this change. An important element in the current contract is that votes on financial issues are based on shares; i.e. Share get 2 votes out of a possible 11. We need to adjust the company shares in a revised contract. Attached is a proposal with 3 options. I need to be able to vote for Shell on this issue at an Oversight Committee meeting next week, April 21-22. Would you please let me know your wishes so I can vote for Shell.
