To minimize property damage and provide for the resumption of normal operations following a plant emergency. 5. To describe the duties of positions listed on the Aberdeen Incident Command Structure. 6. To outline the requirements for reporting plant emergencies. INTRODUCTION - Continued B. Drills/Plan Revisions The Georgia Gulf Corporation Aberdeen facility recognizes the importance of "practicing" response to emergency conditions. Based on this, the Aberdeen Plant conducts regular drills to exercise the Emergency Plan. Drills are planned, executed, and critiqued. Areas for improvement are noted, actions taken, and changes to the Emergency Plan are made accordingly. Where changes to the plant are made, affected employees are provided with a review of such changes. Employee reviews shall be conducted in a timely manner.
