Approximately twice a year tho distributor and a Monsanto representative will review the distributor sales of "proprietary products" to Insure that Monsanto Is kept abreast of market conditions, of new uses, and of applications for Its products In order to plan Its research and application efforts properly and in order further to Insure that the market Is being serviced adequately. 24.
