On woodwork in place of Base Coat use Under-Namel (Enamel Undercoat). NEW UNTAINTED SURFACES--On unpainted walls make sure that all water re sulting from washing has dried out. For first coat apply Interior Base Coat. Allow to dry overnight then apply a mixture of one-half Interior Finish Gloss and one-half Interior Base Coat.
