A meeting was held in Piscataway on Wednesday, November 17, to'discuss A) the problems confronting the various engineering groups involved in the design and layout of these mandated systems and B) specific problems encountered in the design of the water-stripper systems. 2. It was agreed that one of the major problems was coordinating communications and assembling and disseminating data. Since the data that is being gener^ ated, either for the design or by the design and either by actual measurement or theoretical calculation, has an impact upon the various components of the over-all installation, it is extremely important that all the groups involved (Project, Process, Process Design, and Manufacturing) recognize the need to proceed from common data points along a mutually agreeable path. Because the need for coordination has been recognized, Messrs. Scheiner and Schwartz were named as Site Coordinators. Mr. Scheiner will handle Burlington and Mr. Schwartz will handle Flemington. Both will report to Mr. Schenke who, will, in turn, report to Mr. Thompson. 3. If any group has a need for data which they are unable to obtain by themselves, they will make the request for assistance to the site coordinator. If the site coordinator is unable to obtain the information from the responsible group or with the pooled resources of all concerned groups, then it will be the responsibility of the Plant Support Project Manager to resolve the impasse with the Director of Projects. 4. In order to maintain close and timely coordination, there will be a meeting every Wednesday at 9 A. M. in Piscataway with representatives of the Process, Process Design, Project, and Environmental Groups. 5.
