As you are aware, this section allows for presidential authority to grant exemptions from certain environmental regulations. In light of our current situation and the challenges we face, we believe that an exemption would be beneficial. We have been diligently working to comply with all relevant environmental standards and regulations, and we take our responsibility to protect air quality very seriously. However, due to unforeseen circumstances and operational challenges, we find ourselves in a position where compliance with certain aspects of the Clean Air Act is not feasible without significant impact to our operations.
