Gov. Scott Appoints Sarah Dougherty to Daytona State College District Board of Trustees
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - Today, Governor Rick Scott announced the appointment of Sarah Dougherty to the Daytona State College District Board of Trustees.
Dougherty, 40, of Edgewater, is the co-owner of Dougherty Manufacturing. She received her bachelor's degree in business administration from Elon University. Dougherty is appointed to fill a vacant seat for a term beginning November 2, 2017, and ending May 31,2021.
The appointment is subject to confirmation by the Florida Senate.
