Mr Wagner:
As a follow up to our phone call, I was surprised to learn the
Colorado Petroleum Council was not invited to participate in the
important discussion. I, on behalf of my members, sent a letter
early last year expressing our concerns and the need for a meeting.
I received a letter back letting me know that EPA was aware of the
issue and we would hear more and be involved in future
conversations. I understand many would like to attend this meeting
and space is limited but I also think it's imperative that we be
included, as one of the first trade groups to weigh in strongly on
this issue. I can be reached on my cell phone at anytime. Thank
you for your time.
