Sampling of Vinyl Chloride Tank Car Rack
The Vinyl Chloride Tank Car Rack was sampled on April 22, 1980 by J. P. Whelton, Or. and myself.1/0*1.
The samples were taken using charcoal tubes in series with battery operated pumps preset at a controlled flow rate of 0.5 liters per minute for 45 minutes. Sampling was done while the tank car unloading was in progress.
The samples were analyzed by the Industrial Hygiene Department. The results of the sampling are attached.
