In asking foir papers for tne meeting, iu was suggested tnat the office should give a statement of tne contents cf tne paper, how it is to be presented, time required and how much it could be reduced with a dead line of January 10th for statements concerning available papers. It was decided to outline tne various groups from which papers could be obtained and to assign these to the members of tne Committee as follows I
