Philadelphia, Pa. January IS, 1340. Pursuant to no Pice nailed to the Stockholders, Jcnuury eighth, 1940, the Annual Meeting of the Shareholders of Tetherill i Brooder, Inc., was held at the office of the Company on Monday, January fifteenth, 1940, at two o'clock, F.M. Mr. E. F. Beale presiding, presented a Proxy for five hundred shares of stock from National Lead Company. The Proxy is or. file with the Secretary and made a part of these Minutes. The following were duly nominated to serve as Directors of the Company for the ensuing year : Edward F. Beale Fletcher W. Rockwell S. French Reeves Mr. James Dallas was appointed Judge of Election. The Judge of Election reported that the aforementioned nominees were duly elected. It was regularly moved, seconded and approved that a Meeting of the Directors be held at the offices of the Company, 601 Penfield Building, in the City of Philadelphia, immediately following the adjournment of this Meeting.
