Court Reporting Service, 400 Market Street, 10th Floor, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19106 . Knipes-Cohen has custody of original copies of Minutes of the Asbestos Textile Institute and the Asbestos Textile Institute, Inc. for the years 1944 to 1978. Knipes-Cohen also has custody of original copies of ATI Minutes and correspondence material. These documents were placed with Knipes-Cohen as custodians by Doris Fagan, the then custodian, during the deposition taken in Albert v. Johns-Manville. Vol. I, on February 28, 1980. The original copies of these documents are in such condition as to raise no suspicion concerning their authenticity. They were received by Knipes-Cohen from Doris Fagan, Executive Secretary of the Asbestos Textile Institute, Inc., who was custodian of the Minutes of the Asbestos Textile Institute and Asbestos Textile Institute, Inc. and custodian of the Membership Rosters of the Asbestos Textile Institute and the Asbestos Textile Institute, Inc. These documents are in the exact same order and condition as when they were originally given to our office. They are not in chronological order. These documents are presently kept in the offices of KnipesCohen. These documents have not been tampered with or altered in any manner since placed in the custody of Knipes-Cohen by the custodian of these documents, Doris Fagan, on February 28, 1980.
