Invitation to sign joint comment on "Clean Power" Plan repeal Mario Lewis, my CEI colleague, has written an outstanding comment letter to the EPA on its proposed rule to repeal the "Clean Power" Plan. CEI invites non-profit free market and conservative groups to join us in signing the comment letter. It is lengthy, but clear and wellorganized. Chairman Lamar Smith will make opening remarks and authors David Randall and Christopher Welser will give a presentation o f their analysis and recommendations for reform.
