Sure thing. I am actually out of the office for the remainder of the day, but will get it to you first thing in the morning. We are excited as well! Thanks for your help. Lee, do you mind relaying directions/entry instructions to Mitt? Lee will also need a list of attendees (who will need an ID) prior to the visit so we can zip them through security (Lee you can work with Cheryl Woodward on this part). Sorry for the duplicate emails. ---- Original Message----- Sierra Club v. Fley Tate, Thanks for taking a few moments to chat about our upcoming visit. I just wanted to confirm a couple of the points we discussed. I have us down for 11:00 am on the morning of March 14th. The two issues we would like to discuss are air emission reporting from livestock farms (CERCLA) and the path forward on Waters of the U.S. (WOTUS). We have several livestock producers, poultry producers, and one pork producer in the group so the CERLCA discussion will certainly be of interest. Obviously, WOTEiS impacts all farmers. We have several row crop producers in the group as well, so one other issue way may want to touch on is biotech approvals and the coordination between the EPA, FDA, USFWS, etc. for new technologies. We are certainly open to other topics that you may suggest as well. I didn't ask yesterday, but is there any chance the Administrator may be able to speak briefly to the group? I did submit the request form you guys sent down a couple of weeks ago. You mentioned his visits to the states and we were fortunate to have him visit a cattle farm in Alabama this past summer. Fie did an outstanding job. I would love for our farmers in this group to be able to meet him briefly if possible. As a reminder, there are a total of 18 persons in our group. There are 16 farmers and two staff persons. The farmers are nearing the end of a two-year leadership development program and they will be visiting several agencies and the American Farm Bureau while in town that week. Thanks again for all of your help and I look forward to hearing back from you on specifics regarding building access, etc. Thanks again!!
