Attached are the draft exposure and use assessment (with supplemental document), draft hazard information summaries, and the draft peer review charge questions, for the five PBT chemicals subject to EPA review under TSCA. We have a hard deadline to put the documents out for public comment on Monday, June 18. Therefore, we ask that you limit any comments this week to the charge questions. We would need any comments on the charge questions by COB this Thursday in order to incorporate them into the documents for Monday's release.
However, we don't formally initiate the peer review until June 29. Therefore, if the TWG needs more time to review and comment on the charge, and/or would like to provide comments on the other documents before the peer review starts, please send any comments to Susanna Blair, at biair.sus3nna@ep3.gov, by COB Monday, June 25. Of course we will consider comments after that date, but likely will not be able to get them to the peer reviewers before their review starts.
