Sanborn visited the Welch Energy, LLC oil and gas facility located at latitude 36.073402 and longitude -96.595248 near Oilton, Oklahoma on 10/07/2019 for an unannounced inspection. There were no representatives of Welch Energy, LLC present for the inspection. The inspection was conducted by authority of the Clean Water Act and the Safe Drinking Water Act to determine compliance with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations. FACILITY DESCRIPTION This lease is located west of Oilton, Oklahoma. Section II - OBSERVATIONS The secondary containment pit was mostly dry during the inspection. There was no identification sign at the battery. I observed slight surface damage on the southwest corner of the battery. Section III - AREAS OF CONCERN There was no identification sign at the lease.
