1. DECISION: Approved attached resolution

ACTION:
Request API to draft Issue paper requesting API Executive Committee approval of BHRC recommendation to increase Shanghai Health Study budget; contract with CinPathoGen; advance up to $2M to keep the lab operational until new contracts
can be executed.
2. DECISION: Approved revised budget of $35,231 ,139.
ACTION:
API to distribute copy of budget to BHRC members.

API to distribute copies of BHRC member company / API contract amendment 4 to oversight committee.
Oversight Committee agreed to provide comments by cob March 30, 2007
4. Dr. Richard Irons Discussion
ACTION:
Dr. Irons was requested to submit a written proposal to API for an advance on new funding to cover cost of lab operations.
Howard Feldman was requested to follow-up with Dr. Irons via email to Reconfirm API as the point of contact for contracting Request proposal for advance in funding
ACTION:
Michael Bird was requested to organize a call/meeting with Dr. Wong, Dr. Irons, API, and BHRC Technical Committee to discuss coordination of study protocols.
ACTION:
Howard Feldman will request from Dr. Irons a copy of CinPathoGen/Fudan University contract be sent to API and will assure confidentiality.
ACTION:
API requested to work with Dr Irons to clarify services provided by API/Fudan University contract and whether those services are included in scope of Dr. Irons' new proposal.
ACTION:
Stuart Cagen was requested to Send a copy of Dr. Irons' March 18 proposal to Dr. Wong. Send a copy of Dr. Wong's latest proposal, with Dr. Wong's
permission, to Dr. Irons.
ACTION:
BHRC requested a Business Contingency Plan from Dr. Irons as to how the study would be finished if Dr. Irons were to come to his demise.
