MOST OF THE AREA IS ABOVE 90 DECIBELS WITH A FEW AREAS ABOVE TOO DECIBELS. THE.AREAS ABOVE 100 DECIBELS ARE LOCATED AROUND CY 301 AND EXCHANGER 1A ON THE GROUND LEVEL AMD AT BLOWERS 300 & 301 DIS CHARGES. DIVISION GUIDELINES REQUIRE HEARING PROTECTION IN ALL AREAS ABOVE 90 DECIBELS. MY RECOMMENDATION IS TO APPLY THIS REQUIREMENT TO THE ENTIRE AREA (INCLUDING THE OLD TRAIN 2 AREA), WITH THE ONLY EXCEPTION BEING THE THIRD LEVEL OF THE REACTOR AREA.
