"The Arizona Manufacturers Council welcomes Administrator Pruitt and the Tmmp Administration to our state to celebrate 2017 Manufacturing Day. Today, we applaud the Administration for steadfastly working to provide a more positive and less cumbersome regulatory climate for Arizona manufacturers, all the while continuing to protect our environment.
Earlier today, Administrator Pruitt met with Governor Ducey and relayed that he has approved Arizona's State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision for visibility for SRP's Coronado Generating Station and withdrew the previous Administration's associated Federal Implementation Plan (FIP). We applaud the Administration for taking this action to enhance visibility while simultaneously saving Arizona manufactures and other energy consumers millions of dollars.
This is just one example of the Administration's renewed dedication to statefederal partnerships, which will ultimately result in an improved environment and business economy for our our state's manufacturing base."

Celebrates Manufacturing Day with annual Summit and Awards Luncheon, remarks from congressional delegation members
PHOENIX (October 6, 2017) -- The Arizona Manufacturers Council (AMC) welcomes EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt to our state to celebrate 2017 Manufacturing Day. The AMC applauds the Administration for steadfastly working to provide a more positive and less cumbersome regulatory climate for Arizona manufacturers, all while continuing to protect our environment.
