Sydney, Thanks so much for trying and understand his schedule. Kevin does come out to D.C. a couple of times a year and hopefully we can make it work next time. Appreciate all the effort you put into trying to make this work over the last week. Jay

Jay I don't think I can make either the 3rd or 4th work. I'm sorry! Any chance you all will be back in the near future?
Thanks!

Sydney, Kevin has another trip on the 2nd and is unable to land at Dulles until the morning of the 3rd. If there is any chance you can squeeze us in on the 3rd or morning of the 4th we would really appreciate it. Sydney,
I am reaching out with the hopes of scheduling a meeting with Administrator Pruitt for Kevin Crutchfield, our CEO, on either May 3-4th. For you background, Contura Energy is one of the country's largest coal companies with affiliate mining operations across multiple major coal basins in Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia and Wyoming. You can find some additional information on Kevin in the attached bio.

He will be arriving in D.C. that morning, so any time after 10:30 AM on Wednesday should work. He is currently planning on flying out the afternoon of May 4, so morning would be preferable on Thursday.
While Kevin has met Scott in the past, the topics of this visit would be somewhat introductory, but also include a conversation about the current and future challenges facing both the domestic production and use of coal.
Any help you can provide in securing time with the Administrator would be greatly beneficial.
Thanks in advance for the consideration,
Jay
