MEMORANDUM OF SERVICES Our services to the Chemstar Vinyl Chloride Panel in February, March and April, 1995 included the following. After speaking with Bill Cibulas, we followed up with Jonathan Ramlow as to the status of his developmental toxicity review and the protocol for the reproductive toxicity study. We conferred with Has Shah and Ramlow about whether dose levels needed to be provided in the protocol, and confirmed with Cibulas that it would not be necessary. After receiving the draft protocol, we conferred with Shah and then redacted sections that were specific to the Dow toxicology laboratory. We drafted a cover letter for submitting the draft protocol and developmental toxicity review to ATSDR. We also drafted a memorandum to circulate this material to Panel members for review. Following the circulation, we spoke with Jonathan Ramlow about the importance of offering to include developmental toxicity endpoints in an "enhanced" reproductive toxicity study. We spoke further with Has Shah, made changes to the letter to ATSDR, and provided a final version to Shah for signature.
