Department of Homeland Security Acting Secretary Elaine Duke and American Red Cross CEO Gail McGovern visited Florida families and volunteers at a Hurricane Irma shelter in Monroe County. Governor Scott and Acting Secretary Duke also met with state and local officials to discuss ongoing Hurricane Irma response and recovery efforts in the Florida Keys. Sierra Club v.
