These can be attributed jointly to the Government of Jersey's Public Health team and to the Department of Infrastructure and Environment: How much has PFAS pollution cost the government of Jersey so far? This includes everything from the cleanup to the PFAS panel and public outreach etc Since 2022 the Government of Jersey has incurred approximately 850,000 in PFAS-related costs. This includes: Approximately 500,000 in Public Health spending which included the 2022 testing programme, the cost of the PFAS Scientific Panel, engagement activity and other associated costs. Approximately 350,000 in Natural Environment spending, for the Hydrogeological Survey undertaken in the plume areas which include sampling and analysis costs, provision of new monitoring boreholes and technical consultancy support. What are your projected future remediation costs - environmental and health?
