Sanborn visited the Perdure Petroleum, LLC oil and gas facility located at latitude 36.842367 and longitude -96.757751 near Shidler, Oklahoma on 01/07/2020 for an unannounced inspection. There were no representatives of Perdure Petroleum, LLC present for the inspection. The inspection was conducted by authority of the Clean Water Act and the Safe Drinking Water Act to determine compliance with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations. FACILITY DESCRIPTION This facility is known as the Carrie-Monroe tank battery. Section II - OBSERVATIONS I observed a dry secondary containment at the tank battery. There was a sump pump installed. I observed historical surface damage west and south of the tank battery indicative of a produced water release. Section III - AREAS OF CONCERN Some surface damage was observed outside of the secondary containment area of the tank battery.
